What is a Meow Mystery Scoop?
A Meow Mystery Scoop is a lovingly curated surprise package for cat fans. Each scoop contains a selection of various cute accessories, small surprises, and fan merchandise all about cats.
Who is a Meow Mystery Scoop suitable for?
The Meow Mystery Scoop is primarily aimed at teenagers and adult cat fans who enjoy cute accessories and small surprises.
A separate version specifically for children is already planned and will be released separately later.
What does "Scoop" mean in Meow Mystery?
The term "Scoop" comes from the mystery trend and literally means a "shovel full of surprises."
With Meow Mystery, a scoop works like this:
Before packing, a scoop portion of beads is drawn. Each bead represents a specific category of surprises you will receive in your scoop. This creates a new, exciting mix every time.
Are all the scoops the same?
No. Each scoop is individually put together. Drawing the beads creates a different combination of categories and surprises each time.
Are there bigger surprises?
Yes. In addition to the normal categories, there are also special premium surprises. These include, for example:

🐈⬛ an additional Paw Draw
🐈⬛ a Gachapon surprise ball
These provide even more mystery and additional surprises in your scoop.
Can I specify preferences?
Yes. In the shopping cart, you will find a field for special instructions. There you can, for example, specify color preferences or exclude certain items. I will try to accommodate these if possible.
If your scoop is intended as a gift, you can also indicate that there. If you have selected the video option, I will gladly mention it in the video as well.
How is my scoop packed?
Each scoop is personally put together and lovingly packaged by me. If you select the video option, you can even see your scoop being packed.
Is a scoop also suitable as a gift?
Yes, absolutely! Many customers also order a scoop as a gift for other cat lovers.
You can either give the entire scoop as a gift or individual parts of it – many of the included surprises are perfect as small gifts.
What happens if a category is currently out of stock?
Since each scoop is individually put together and the contents vary, it can happen that individual categories are temporarily out of stock. In this case, I replace them with similar or equivalent surprises, so that your scoop remains varied and lovingly put together.
What happens if multiple identical beads are drawn?
If multiple identical beads are drawn for a scoop, this does not automatically mean duplicate items. In many cases, these are implemented through upgrades within the category. This means you will either receive several different surprises from that category or a larger/higher-quality surprise.
How long does shipping take?
Since each scoop is individually put together, processing usually takes 3-5 business days. Shipping then follows with tracking.
